Eric's Pizza

Ingredients

3-4 cups flour
1 cup warm water
~1 tbsp sugar
~t tbsp salt
2 tbsp yeast
5 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter
less than 1 cup sauce
less than 1 cup olive oil
less than 2 cups mozzarella chesse
~1 tsp red pepper
~1 tsp onion powder
~1 tsp garlic powder
~1 tsp basil
~1 tsp oregano
~1 tsp thyme
~1 tsp Italian seasoning
~1 tsp bay leaves
~1 tsp parsley
~3 tbsp grated cheese
~6 pieces of pepperoni
~10 peppers

Instructions

1. Obtain all ingredients and any necessary items.



2. Heat 1 cup of water to between 110-120 degrees F. You can use a thermometer, or if you don't have one you can test it with your hand. Water starts to steam (depending on the temperature of the air) at about 130 degrees, so get it warm but not steaming.



3. Mix yeast, water, and sugar in bowl until the yeast is completely dissolved. Add salt after mixing to control yeast growth. Add vegetable oil and butter.



4. Stir flour into mixture slowly. The amount of flout needed may vary, do not allow dough to become too dry.




5. Sprinkle flour on your hands and a flat surface. Start kneading by flattening out the dough, folding it over, turning it a fouth of a turn, and folding again. Keep flour between your hands and the dough at all times. Knead for about five minutes. When the dough is ready it will spring back up when pressed down with a finger.




6. Rinse out bowl and coat with olive oil. Rub all sides of dough in olive oil. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and a towel. Store in a warm, dry place for about an hour.





7. The dough should have risen to about twice its original size. Punch the dough down to remove gases.



8. Knead the dough for about two minutes.



9. Cut the dough in half with a knife to make two pizzas. Coat pans with foil to make cleanup quicker, and spray with Pam.




10. Roll out dough.



11. Coat dough with olive oil and grated cheese



12. Add sause.



13. Add cheese.



14. Add seasonings.



15. Add pepperoni and peppers. Sprinkle top with olive oil.



16. Bake on 450 F for 10 minutes.



17. Remove from ove, cut and eat!
